VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village

` ,Council of the Village of Plymovt', Minnesota was held on the 6th day of
ENovember. 1972. The followin meabers were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
ISpaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
4adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-425
WHEREAS, Walter L. Dolmseth, 1301 Kingsview Lane has requested
�a--consol-ictation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth,
i� NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE j
li;OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the
ilVillage Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
':corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved
,by Hennepin County:

f The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
,by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
;din favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils. ++
