Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village i
r" 1 Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of

i Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its

)',adoption:

RESOLUTION NO.72-424
WHEREAS, James Darsow, 12300 26th Avenue North, has requested
to consall-dation of existing platted Tots within the Village of Plymouth,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
iiOF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the
4illage,Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
,corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved
by Hennepin County:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded ;
by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being takenthereon, the following voted

iiih favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils.
