The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None. **f i; Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its (i :'adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-423 WHEREAS, Roland D. Bakken, 12115 B 24th Avenue North, has requested ifa consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth, NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE rOF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the 'Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment '`corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County: Plat Parcel(s) iqi(il Block Addition 44020 3850 5 4 Elmhurst 3900 6 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded ii by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted yin favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils. i The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared ;,duly passed and adopted.
