HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-422VILLAGE OFAYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council-of,the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt. Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-422 WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth has approved a subdivision variance for Parcels A and 8 located in the South 1/2 of Section 22 within the Village of Plymouth, requested by Harold F. Ernst on behalf of the owner, Catherine Ernst, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that copies of the Resolution approving said subdivision variance not be filed with the County until the following condition is met: 1), Petitioner continue to have access to Xenium Lane for both Parcels A and 8 until such time as Xenium Lane is upgraded and a secondary street is provided. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded fp; by,Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted' in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following Voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN $S. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared Ithe foregoing extract of the minutes -of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village hold November 6, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my office, and ,the -same Is a full, true and complete transcript 'therefrom.
