VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Gouhtil'of the Village of.Piymouth, Minnesota, was held on the, 6th day of
November, 1972. The following members were presents Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Seibold, and Neils. The following member was absent: Councilman Hunt.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
(adoption.

WHEREAS, the Village Council of the -Village of Plymouth has
approved a subdivision variance requested by Loring E. Ziebarth for
=,(Parcels
A and B located in the North 1/2 of Section 20 Within the
-
iVillage
of Plymouth,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF 'PLYMOUTH that copies of the Resolution approving said subdivision variance
not be filed with the County until the following conditions are met:
1) 17 feet of additional right-of-way be dedicated to
the VillagealongCounty Road 24 from Parcel,,A;
2) That no Building Permits be issued for Parcel.R until

a subdivision plan is approved for parcel A

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded

Fby Councilman; Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the fallowing voted

favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold, and Neils.The
following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
