HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-417Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its i adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-417 WHEREAS, the developer of CHELSEA WOODS, Ban -Con, Incorporated, has requested approval of the "CHELSEA WOODS FOURTH ADDITION" Final Plat and i Development Contract, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAG;^ COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Final Plat of "CHELSEA WOODS FOURTH ADDITION" and Addendum X93 to the approved Development Contract covering "CHELSEA WOODS FOURTH ADDITION" be approved subject to the following conditions being met before the Plat and Contract are executed by the Mayor and Manager: 1) That drainage and utility easements be approved by the f Villa' Engineer; 2) That tots 12 and 13 of Block 2 be located so the residential buildings on said lots are no closer than 100' from the County. Road 0,right-of-wny; r 3) That`a revised final grading plan for the entire CHELSEA WOODS Development be submitted for review and approval by the Village Engineer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold, and Neils.
