Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of
November, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Seibold, and Neils. The following member was absent: Councilman Hunt.',

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-416
jj WHEREAS, Ace Billiard and Recreation, Inc. has requested a Conditional
i Use Permit for the operation of a sales and service facility for pool tables,
1 related accessories and equipment, and other similar recreational products
i; in a 2,100 square foot portion of a building located at 10908 South Shore
Drive. and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said
'i request and recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Ace Billiard and Recreation, Incorporated,
to operate a sales and service establishment for pool tables, related
accessories and equipment, and other similar recreational products at 10906
South Shore Drive be approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold, and Neils. The
following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.

R I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held November 6. 1972 with the original thereof on
iE file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
