HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-413i' I VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to dut call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village ;Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of October, 1972. The following members were prasent: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilmen Neils and Seibold. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-413 WHEREAS, John A. Yngve has requested approval of a Registered Land Survey located in the South 1/2 of Section 30, Township 118, Range 22 of the Village of Plymouth under the provisions of Chapter VII of the Village Ordinance Code, and WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed said proposed Registered Land Survey, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF YMOUTH that the Proposed Registered Land Survey of existing Tract B, R.L.S. 75, be approved subject to the following conditions being met: 1) That Tract E be deeded to the Village for street purposes ind that all required utility easements also be deeded to the Village; 2) That plans for the private driveway be approved by the Village Engineer and constructed by the petitioner before any Building Permits are issued for Tracts B, C, and D; 3) That access to County Road 6 be eliminated after the private driveway is constructed; 4) That all required additional utility stubs and Residential Equivalent Charges be paid to the Village by the petitioner; 5) That future assessments to this property be shared on an equitable basis by all four new tracts. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth.
