Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village'
lCouncil
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of
lNovember,
1972. The following members were present: Mayor-Hilde, Councilmen
" iSpaeth,
Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The foliowing;members were absent:- None.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION" -NO. 72-410
WHEREAS. this Council has received from the Metropolitan Sewer Board the '
{1973 cost allocations for the Village of Plymouth for metropolitan sanitary
f ewer service, and
WHEREAS, the debt service portion of this bill has been determined to
mount to $70,168.45,
f
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
f; Plymouth, that the sum of $.70,168:45 be raised by tan on taxable property
n the Village ,of Plymouth for"the year 1973. and the Village Clerk is hereby
irected; a provide the County Auditor with,a certified copy of this resolution,

dding,this'.tum;to the amount previously certified by Resolution No. 72-297-A,
dopted by the`tcuncil.on October 10, 1972.
The^motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded`.`
y Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils. .The
following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
assed and adopted.
