Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Viilage

Council of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of

following members were present: Mayor Hilde,:Councilmen

lHunt, Spaeth, Seibold
and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt
introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-407
WHEREAS, a list
of election Judges for the forthcoming General Election
to be held November
7,. 1972 in the Village of Plymouth was submitted for
Council approval pursuant
to Section 203.21, Subdivision 1 of the Election
f Laws of the State of
Minnesota,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
that the list of election Judges for the precincts
specified 'below are
hereby approved to act as said Judges for the November 7,
1972 General Election:

the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

The -following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed
and adopted.
