1 Pursuant,to.due call and,hotice thereof,, -a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the"Vf] lage"of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of
October, 1972. The following members were present": Mayor Hilde, Councilmen

"Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
i Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its

l adoption:
( RESOLUTION NO. 72=406
WHEREAS, all work on Project No. 805 (68-1E), Southwest Street Restoration
Area 8 has been completed and C, S, McCrossan, Inc. has.requested receipt of
these monies, and
,
WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer and the Staff Engineer have recommended
;release
of these funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT";,HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
Y
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that release of the $2,500.00 being held as retainage on
f ProjectNo. 805 (68-1E) Area B. Southwest Street Restoration, is authorized.

The"motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Council manNeils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in'
favor thereof c Mayor Hilde, Councilmen. unt; Spaeth, Seibold and,Reil's "the""
following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Re--elution was
declared duly passed and adopted.
