Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular iteeting of thy: Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,vas held on the 16th day of
;;October, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
`:Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 72-405
WHEREAS, the Council has ordered construction of street improvements as
included in the plans and specifications and as listed in the Engineering
Memo X72-344, and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications have been prepared,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH as follows:
1. The plans and specifications are approved.
2. The following schedule is approved:
Plan Approval
First Advertisement
Bid Opening
Bid Award
Project Completion:
10th Avenue Pavement
Remainder of Project
October 16, 1972
October 19, 1972
November 2, 1972
November 6, 1972
November 20, 1972
June 15, 1973
3. Advertisement for bids beginning October 19, 1972, is ordered.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
"favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The

°?following voted against or abstained: Nore. Whereupon the Resolution was
;declared duly passed and adopted.
