Pursuant to due calx and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of
October, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
i' Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
'adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-404
WHEREAS, Magney Construction Company has requested vacation of an ease-
'ment on their property at 2630 C Fernbrook Lane (Lot 4, Block 1, Industrial
;Park 494),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGI
OF PLYMOUTH that a public hearing for said vacation is hereby ordered and the
:'following schedule adopted: Notice in newspaper - October 19, 1972; Public
;Hearing - 7:30 p.m., November 6, 1972 in the Council Chambers, 14900 23rd Avenue
!:'North.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted it
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The
following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
';declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on the 16th day of October, 1972 with the original
thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete trans-
cript therefrom.
