#` VILLAGE 'OF;PLYMOUTH
s' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
{;Council of the :Village of.Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of
110ctober, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
jCouncilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
radopti on:
r RESOLUTION NO. 72-400"
' WHEREAS, Eckiund and Swedlund Home Builders, the developer, has
requested approval of Final Plat, Development Contract„ and Conditional
Use Permit to develop a Residential Subdivision Unit Project under the
iprovisions of the Village Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations, and
WHEREAS, the developer has submitted a-check in the amount of $6,260
las fulfillment-of the park dedication requirements for IMPERIAL HILLS 5TH
AND 6THADDITIONS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH that the Final Plat (Exhibit A-242, 9-21-72) Development Contract
(Exhibit-8-242, 9-21-72) and Conditional Use Permit for IMPERIAL HILLS 5TH
1AND 6TH ADDITIONS is hereby approved.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded I'A
}by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold, and Neils.

IThe following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared

therefrom.
