Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of
,�August, 1972. The following members weee present: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth,
Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
,adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-324
WHEREAS, the Greenwood Baptist Church has requested a variance for a
,,private sewage disposal system,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
.VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that approval is hereby given to Greenwood Baptist Church
to install a 2.000 gallon holding tank in lieu of a private disposal system
lwith septic tanks and drain field as required by Plymouth Code, Chapter VIII.
Section 6 and that the sewage holding tank should be considered a temporary
;method of disposal, and connection shall be made to the sanitary sewer as soon
iias it is available. FURTHER. a contract for regularly scheduled pumping and
!Imaintenance of the holding tank by a reputable individual or firm that provides
4 eptic and holding tank service should be obtained for the period of time the
f1holding tank is in use.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted
against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held August 28, 1972 with the original thereof on file
in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
