HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-323VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village kouncil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of 'August, 1972. The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, li (Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde. sem.► tit* tiMit Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its 4I4� RESOLUTION NO. 72-323 ii WHEREAS, Warner Manufacturing Company has requested Site Plan approval to construct a 20,000 square foot warehouse at the Southeast corner of Xenium Lane _ Mand Industrial Park Boulevard, and I` WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request, { JJ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE i,VILLAGE`OF PLYMOUTH that the Site Plan (Exhibit A-419) for a 20,000 square ifoot warehouse for. Warner Manufacturing Company to be located at the South - least corner of Xenium Lane and Industrial Park Boulevard be approved subject [Tto the following conditions being met prior to issuance of a Building Permit: 1. A 20 foot utility easement along petitioner's west property line; li 2. The provision for two additional fire hydrants, on the Northeast corner and on the West property line; i 3. Trees to be planted be at least 2 inches in diameter and the shrubs be of mature stock; 4. That a variance of ten feet be granted for tftwparking setback on the East side of the property (parking would be five feet off railroad right of way - Ordinance requires it to be fifteen feet). E` i The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly second- Oed by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted ,in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
