HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-321VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of August, 1972. The following members were present: Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde. wlr�r ,Mrlr *** Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution ani+ moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-321 WHEREAS, Schaper Manufacturing Company has requested Site Plan approval to add a 26' X 44' office addition to an existing office and manufacturing facility located at 9909 South Shore Drive, and WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Site Plan (Exhibit A-372) be approved. `i The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded ,r !i by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted ( in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following I� y; voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and ` adopted. STATE OF MIIINHSOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN 55. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregiing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held August 28, 1972 with the original thereof on file in may office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there- from.
