HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-320VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of August, 1972. The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde. Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-320 WHEREAS, Plamo Tool Company has requested Site Plan approval and a Con- ditional Use Permit to add an addition of 34' X 47' to the existing building located at 3430 A Kilmer Lane, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Village of Plymouth has reviewed said request, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Site Plan (Exhibit A-411) and Conditional Use Permit to operate a marine sales and custom tool and die shop be approved subject to the following conditions being met: 1. That a paved parking area with concrete curb stops be provided with parking not to be closer than fifteen (15) feet ffom any property line for twelve (12) or more vehicles as shown on the Site Plan as revised by the Village Staff on 8-8-72; 2. That six (6) or more junipers of from fifteen to eighteen inches be planted between the parking area and Kilmer Lane; 3. That any extended storage of 24 hours must be screened; 4. That no more than five (5) persons be engaged in tool and die making; 5. That the petitioner be required to sod the unused remainder of the site. The motion for the adoption of the foreg®ing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
