HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-319VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of August, 1972. The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde. +tar* *** +r+r* Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adaption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-319 WHEREAS, Dundee Nursery has requested Site Plan approval to add an addi- tion to the existing garden store located at the Northwest corner of State Highway 55 and Dunkirk Lane, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Dundee Nursery Site Plan (Exhibit A-415) for an addition to the existing garden store be approved subject to the following conditions being met prior to the issuance of a Building Permit: 1. A paved parking area for at least sixty (60) cars be provided with no parking within fifteen (15) feet of the State Highway right of way. 2. That all landscaping materials stored in the required front yard area be removed. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold, Hunt and Neils. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ,�,�* ,►tat *** STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS, VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held August 28, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a true, full and complete transcript there- from.
