HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-318} VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of August, 1972. The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-318 1 WHEREAS, Judith Gilster has requested a Conditional Use Permit under Section 7, Subdivision 3 to allow the operation of a day nursery school in r a single family residential district to be located at the St. Phillip's j! Lutheran Church on County Road 6 west of State Highway 101, and ?' WHEREAS, the PlanningCommission of the Village of g Plymouth has review- ed this request, and WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth finds that said Conditional Use Permit will not be detrimental to the surrounding property, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a Conditional Use Permit be granted for one (1) year to allow the operation of a day nursery school in a residential district sub- ject to the following conditions: 1. The erection of a fence complying with state regulations be made prior to the opening of the nursery school, 2. The Conditional Use Permit be granted for a year's duration at which time a review of the situation would be made. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held August 28, 1972 with the original thereof on file in myooffice, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
