Pursuant to due,call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
�'Counctl of,the 41 -flags of Plymouth. Minnesota. was held on the 21st day of

♦August, 1972, The follariing ninmbers were present: Mayor Wide, councilmen
€Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following were absent: lone.
Councilmen Selbold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-316
WHEREAS, certain disbursements for the period ending August 10. 1972 were
presented to the Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL 9e THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the,disbursaments from the »rel Fund, Construction
Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund, Special Assessment Fund end Bond ae:d Interest
Fund in the total amount of $731,277.34 are 'hereby approved for tlae period
ending August 10, 1972.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution nas duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken tharson, the folloW ng vow in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Seibold and Neils. The folloWag
voted against: Councilman Spaeth and Hunt. Whereupon the Mssolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.
