Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council Of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of
August, 1972. The following members were present Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
ladoption:
' RESOLUTION NO. 72-313
WHEREAS, all construction on West Medicine Lake Drive Sanitary Sewer
Extension Project No. 921 (formerly 69-1-8-A) has been completed, and
WHEREAS, the original contractor, Gideo Construction Company failed to ,
complete the project, and
WHEREAS, Northdale Construction Company was hired to complete the utility
construction and Doc Blanchard Enterprises to complete the sodding and seeding,
NOW,.THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE :.
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the staff is hereby authorized' to make payment•on
Estimate,#6 and Final .On 26th Avenue and West :Medictne Lake Sewer Project No.
921 (formerly 69.1-8-A) in the amount of $2,958.75 for restoration' completed
by Doc BTanchard Enterprises..
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold. and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in :favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The
following abstained: Councilman Spaeth. Whereupon the Resolution was 'declared
duly passed and adopted.

-in my office. and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
