A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PRE-
PARATION OF ASStS&MENT ROLLS
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH.
as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the total cost of the listed projects,
including all incidental expenses, and the sum to be assessed against
benefitted property is as listed below:
PROJECT IMPROVEMENT 6 AREA TOTAL ASSESSMENT
114 (71-2A) County Storm Sewer $33,645.72
117 (71-1D) County Storm SeWr $13.877.91
2. The V111ae`Clark with 'We assistance"of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc., shall forthwith calculate the proper aawunt to
be specially assessed for the improvement against every assessable
lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected in`'accord-
ance with the provisions of Section 429.061, Minnesota Statutes.
The motion for the adoption of the foraging 'Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmen Seibold, and uporr vote being taken thereon, the following voted

In favor thereof:' Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared

Council of said Village held August 21, 1972 with the original thereof on file
in vW office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
