VILLAGE OF:PLYMOUTH
Pursuant: to due,call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village '
{;Council
of:the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of
August, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
!Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils; The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its

A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION
!{ - OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH,
ilas follows:
i 1. It is hereby determined that for sanitary sewer trunk, forcemain, lift,
station and interceptor charges and water trunk main, pumping and
`t storage facilities charges for tike projects listed below:

and the following charges shall be applied to the existing land
use zoning:

Residential $225 per 3 acre or dwelling unit
Commercial & Industrial $675 per acre
Residential Equivalent Connection Charge
Residential $1,75 per dwelling unit

NOTE 1
Residential Equivalent Connection (REC) Charges for commercial and
industrial zoned land shall be applied to each specific use in de-
termining that particular uses water and sanitary sewer REC charges
based upon the following: The relationship between the estimated
annual demand (volume) for water and sanitary sewer service based
upon one REC being equivalent to 72,000 gallong of water and 72,000
gallon§ of sewage flow per year as projected by the Village Engineer
for such use.
2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc., shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to
be specially assessed for the improvement against every assessable
lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected in accord-
ance with the provisions of Section 429.061, Minnesota Statutes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
iby Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

`'in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
:,;The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
