HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-310VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village tCouncil of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of August, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-310 WHEREAS, it has been determined that piling is required in approximately 200 feet of utility construction on 28th Avenue North that was not previously included in the contract, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Change Order N2 in the amount of $21,000.00 to Keller Construction Company for Project No. 126 - West Medicine Lake Sewer and Water - is hereby authorized and approved. This change order makes the revised con- tract in the amount of '$774,919.35. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF>HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village heid August 21, 1972 with the original thereon on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
