Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
iiCouncil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,vas held on the 21st day of
,;August, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
;Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
1'adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-309
WHEREAS, pursuant to the advertisement for bids for the improvement of
iPlayhouse industrial Park Sewer and Water Project No. 222 (including 6 & 101
:Storm Sewer Project No. 116-001), bids were received, opened and tabulated as
follows:
'i 1. The Mayor and the Village Manager are hereby authorized to enter into
a contract with Beatson and Kelly Contractors in the name of the
!' Village of Plymouth for Playhouse Industrial Park Sewer and Water
Project No. 222, in the amount of $202,225.50, which is based on the
base bid of $207,225.50 plus the Alternate #1 deduct of $5,000.00
and deletion of Alternate 42; all according to the plans and
specifications therefore approved by the Village Council and on file
in the office of the Village Engineer, and
2. The Village Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to return the
bid bond security to all bidders forthwith. Security of the success-
ful bidder (and the next lowest bidder) shall be retained until a
contract has been signed.
The motion Tor the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded

by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
lin favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
"The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
i;duiy passed and adopted.

IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
4ILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:

I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held August 21, 1972 with the original thereon on file
in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 15th day of November, 1972.
