HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-3071 VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH E i� Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village .'Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of Ii August, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen ',Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. ! #3 i� +� Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its :,adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72.307 WHEREAS, the Preliminary Report for Project No. 230, Ranchview Manor, has been prepared and its acceptance recommended by the Village Engineer. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Preliminary Report for Ranchview Manor Project No. 230 covering street construction on Ranchview Lane from 7th Avenue to 9th Avenue is hereby accepted. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman_ Hunt, and upon vote b21ng taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against: None.
