Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village. Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 21st day of August, 1972. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and
Seibold. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-304
WHEREAS, a Subdivision Variance has been requested by
Isidore T. Maus, the proposed purchaser of subjectproperty
and William D. Voss. the owner of the property in the N 1/2
of Section 33 of the Village of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has now determined that
the consolidation of the below described parcels into one
parcel would not interfere with the purposes of the Subdivision
Regulations of the Village of Plymouth, and that a refusal
to permit such cinsolidation would create an unnecessary hard-
ship on such owners,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Isidore T. Maus
and William D. Voss to consolidate the following described
property into one (1) parcel, be reproved:
That part of Lot 11 lying Easterly of the
Westerly 25.00 feet thereof; and the Westerly
4:5.00 feet of Lot 12, ell in Block 7, Suburbanac,le
on Parker Lake
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt. and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde.
Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth. Neils, and Seibold. The following voted
against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
uly passed and adopted.
