HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-303VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting !� i +of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, ,was held on the 21st day of August, 1972. The following members 4{were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and (Seibold. The following members were absent: None. € Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and ,!moved its adoption: 'i RESOLUTION NO. 72-303 WHEREAS, a Subdivision Variance has been requested by Isidore T. Maus, the proposed purchaser of subject property ;and William D. Voss, the owner of the property in the N 1/2 ';of Section 33 of the Village of Plymouth, and WHEREAS, the Village Council has now determined that the consolidation of the below described parcels into one parcel would not interfere with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Plymouth, and that a refusal to permit such consolidation would create an unnecessary hard- ship on such owners, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Isidore T. Maus and' William D. Voss to consolidate the following described (parcels into one (1) parcel, be approved: Lot 10 and the Westerly 25.00 feet of Lot 11, all in Block 7, Suburbandale on Parker Lake The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was !duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken ;thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. !!Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold. The following voted 11�Lagainst or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared ,(duly passed and adopted. Minnesota, hereby certify that ' have 'carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a !regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held ;August 21, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my office. and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
