VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
I# Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
fof the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
i
was held on the 21st day of August, 1972. The following members
(were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and
'Seibold. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
;moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-302
WHEREAS, a Subdivision Variance has been requested by
Ilsidore T. Maus, the proposed purchaser of subject property
,and William D. Voss, the owner of the property in the N 1/2
of Section 33 of the Village of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has now determined that
4the consolidation of the below described parcels into one
parcel would not interfere with the purposes of the Subdivision
Regulations of the Village of Plymouth. and that a refusal
to permit such consolidation would create an unnecessary hard-
ship on such owners,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
,THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Isidore T. Maus
and William D. Voss to consolidate the following described
property into one (1) parcel, be approved:
That part of Lot 8 lying Easterly of the Westerly
34 feet thereof, and Lot 9, all in Block 7.
Suburbandale on Parker Lake
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde.
Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils, and Seibold. The following
voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a
regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on
August 21, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
