"VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
=-PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
of the Village Council of the;Vill_age of Plymouth,'; Minnesota, was
held on the 10th day of October, 1972•, commencing at 12:00 o'clock,-;
noon at the Village Hall 13800 -State Highway $55. The following
members' were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and
Neils. The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:

f THE ASSESSMENT FOR
i KREATZ LAKE STORM SEWER
PROJECT NO. 115
WHEREAS, pursuant to:.due and proper notice according to law an assess
ment hearing was held on the 5th day of October, 1972_ commencing at 7:50 o'clock
p.m. relating to the special_ assessments for Kreatz Lake Storm Sewer Project
No. 115, and
WHEREAS, all persons present desiring to be heard were heardand their
objections, if any, were noted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Village Clerk has, with the assistance of Bonestroc Rosene
Anderlik d1 Associates, Inc., engineers 'heretoforer selected by this
Council for'such purpose, calculated the proper, amounts to be
specially assessed for Kreatz Lake Storm Sewe"r Project -No 115
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land, -in accord=
ante with`the provisions of law, and has prepared and filed"in her
office tabulated`s'tatements in duplicate showing the proper des-
cri.ption of each and every lot,; piece or -parcel of land.to be
specially assessed in the amount calculated against the same.
2. Nonce has beer). d4ly. publisned as.roquired"by law that this Council
Would meet .in spedial session at this time and place to pass on
the proposed assessment.
3.` The proposed assessment has at,all timss since its filing been open
to inspection ah&dopying by`a1l persons interested, and an oppor-
tunity has b+ee6 1 yen to all interested persons to present their
objections, if -any, to such proposed assessment, or to any item
thereof, and three objections have been ffled.
4. This Council finds that each of the lots, pieces or parcels of
