Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
'Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of
:August, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,!
Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following were absent: None.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
i!adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-298
WHEREAS, the Council has reconsidered its adoption of Resolution No.
j'72-297, passed on August 21, 1972,
NSW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
4 ILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Resolution No. 72-297 is hereby rescinded, f
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
:,by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
';in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following
i
voted against: Mayor Hilde. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
`!passed and adopted. i
