VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village

Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of

.August, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
i
'Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. f
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-297
WHEREAS, Mr. Isidore T. Muas, the proposed purchaser of subject property
and Mr. William D. Voss, the owner of the propery in the North 1/2 of Section
33 of the Village of Plymouth has requested a Subdivision Variance, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council believes that it would be a hardship on the
developer if the strict interpretation of the Village Zoning Ordinance were
applied,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH that Section 7, Subdivision 5, paragraphs 2, 3, 5 and 6 be waived but
that at least a 35 foot front yard and 10 foot side yards be maintained in
'the development of Lots 6 through 13 of Block 7 of Suburbandale on Parkers
Lake.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Coun+.ilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in''.
,favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Seibold. The following voted
against: Councilmen Neils and Spaeth. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
.duly passed and adopted.
