This Council finds that each of the lots, pieces or parcels of land enumerated in said proposed assessment was and is specially benefited by the construction of Cp•artaugh Addition Sewer and Water Project No. 129 in the amount in said proposed assessment set opposite the description of each such lot, piece or parcel of land and that said amount is hereby levied and assessed. S. Such proposed assessment is affirmed, adopted and confirmed, and the sums fixed; and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment with the changes and alterations hereinabove made are affirmed, adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots, pieces or parcels of land respectively. 6. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted and confirmed shall be certified to by the Village Clerk and filed in her office and shall thereuFpon be and constitute the special assessment for Cavanaugh Addition Sewer j and Water Project No. 129. 7. The amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel of land shall bear interest from the date hereof until the same have been paid at the rate of eight (8) percent per annum. B. Such assessments shall be payable in ten (10) equal annual install- ments payable at the first day of January in each year, beginning in the year 1973, and continuing until all of said installments shall have been paid, each installment to be collected with taxes collect- able during said year by the County Auditor. To the first install- ment shall he added interest on the entire assessment from the date hereof of December 31, 1972. To each subsequent installment shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments. 9. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to make up and file in the office of the County Auditor of Hennepin County a certified state- ment of the amount of all of such unpaid assessments and the amount which will be due thereon on the first day of January in each year. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth. Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN)) SS.
