itPursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
11 Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 21st day of August, 1972.

1 The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth,
to Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-294
WHEREAS, Robert 0. Tolan, 10717 10th Avenue North (Sun Valley Mobile
Home Park) has requested permission to construct a porc;i or. his mobile home
residence,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Robert 0. Tolan, 10717 10th Avenue North be permitted
to construct said porch improvement to his mobile home.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
+' by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted .• {
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth. Seibold and Neils.

�i The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held August 21, 1972 with the original thereof on file
in nay office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 27th day of November, 1972.
