Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting
of the Village Ccuncil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 21st day of August, 1972. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
The following members were absent. None.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-293
WHEREAS, Metram Properties, Inc. has requested Site Plan approval of
192 apartment units under the provisions of the Village Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed said Site Plan,
and
WHEREAS, the Village Council believes that the developer should be per-
mitted to continue with his development at 192 units by using the 5.154 acre
pond areas #1 and #2 for density credit, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council believes that the proposed proje',t does
qualify for a 25 percent reduction in the required park donation as provided
for in the Village Code and in Council Resolution No. 72-42,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Site Plan marked Exhibit A-114 for 192 apartment
units on the site located West of Lancaster Lane at about 39th Avenue North
be and is hereby approved subject to the following conditions being met prior
to a Building Permit being issued:
1. That the required Subdivision Variance be submitted for approval
and approved by the Village Council,
2. That a landscaping bond in the amount of $20,000 be submitted to
insure that the landscaping plan as submitted is adhered to,
3. That a park donation of $18,018 be paid to the Village Treasurer,
4. That the previous agreement for pond improvement relative to the
Manor Royale project be accomplished,
5. That the pond West of Lancaster Lane adjacent to the new proposed
site be improved a -id landscaped to meet the specifications of
the Village Engineer,
6. That the green strip to the North of this property connecting
Lancaster Lane and Four Seasons Park be improved for use for future
walkway to the proposed shopping center area.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following vcted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun-
cilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted
ijagainst: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed
land adopted.

,Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
' Council of said Village held August 21, 1972 with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from.
