Ij Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting

he Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 21st day of August, 1972. The following members were
11present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
Jhe following members were absent: None.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
vel Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-291
f WHEREAS, the Minneapolis Industrial Park has requested rezoning from
I-1 to B-1 for property located at the Southwest corner of State Highway 55
and County Road 6, and
{ WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed this
request and does recommend thtt a Conditional Use Permit be granted for the =;
Plymouth Court Building,
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLa6E OF PLYMOUTH that a Conditional Use Permit for the Plymouth Court
Buil;:'t'% located -at the Southwest corner of State Highway 55 and County Road
6 in an t-1 Planned Industrial District be and_is hereby approved as a con-
ditional use under Section 15, 'Subdivision 3, paragraph 2 of the'Village
Zoning Ordinance and that the occupancy of the building is to be based upon
( the criteria that office tenants are to provide goods and services which "are
t primarily for the use of persons employed in.the I-1 Industrial District.

} The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duty seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted

duly passed and adopted.
