VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of

i,the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
(held on the 21st day of August, 1972. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
?';The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-289
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Baptist Church, located at 13030 47th Avenue North
!has requested a variance from the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Plymouth
ifor the installation of a gasoline tank and pumps and the parking of from five
Ito eight school buses on said property, and
WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
+VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request of the Plymouth Baptist Church for a
variance to Section 17, Subdivision 2, paragraph S of the Zoning Ordinance
for the installation of a gasoline tank and pumps and the parking of from
five to eight school buses on subject property is hereby approved subject
,five
the following conditions:
1. That the facilities be placed back on the Northwest corner of the
property.
2. That the parking area and gasoline pumps be fenced and locked and
that only qualified adults be permitted to operate the gasoline
pump.
3. That the parking area with pump be located at least 250 feet from
any existing or proposed building and at least 250 feet from all
property lines.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Counci 4an Hunt, and upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Council-
men Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against:
;None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned,, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
iVillage of Plymouth, Minnesota, hecbby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
;Council of said Village held on August 21, 1972 with the original thereof on
Mile in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from.
