Pursuant to due"call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
theVillageCouncil of the Village of .Plymouth, Minnesota, was held
on the 21st day of August, 1972.. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-288
WHEREAS, DeLos B. Taylorand Playhouse Company have requested rezoning
of ap roximately 130 acres from R-0 (Open Residential) to I-1 (Planned Indus-
trial, R-4 (Multiple Residential), R-3 (Multiple Residential) and R-1 (Single
Family Residential), and
WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has held a public hearing on
this request and made its recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that action on the request for rezoning by DeLos B. Taylor
and Playhouse Company is hereby deferred until such time as the developer has
submitted an acceptable General Development Plan for the entire 130 acre parcel:.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun-
cilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted
against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed,
and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the .
Village of Plyrtouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on August 21, 1972 with the original thereof on fit
in'.my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
