Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of
ii October, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-287 (A)
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Village of Plymouth to assess area type
Lassessments for each specific utility only on one occasion, and

WHEREAS, certain parcels have been discovered to be previously assessed
for said area type sanitary sewer assessments,
NOW, THEREFORE,,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the area and REC charges for the following listed
parcels be and the same are hereby deleted from Levy No. 5331becausethey
were previously; assessed sanitary sewer area charges under Project No. -66-J,
and
FURTHER, that the water area and REC charges shall remain unchanged.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The
following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of 'the Village
Council of said `Village held October 6, 1972 with the original thereof on file
in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
