H t� Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village lCouncil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of ' 1 `'October, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen i {Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. ii ii Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its ;;adoption: �! RESOLUTION NO. 72-286 (A) �1 WHEREAS, the Village staff has recommended that the 1972 special assess- ±!ment rolls for water and sanitary sewer area type assessments as well as the I;Kreatz Lake Storm Sewer Project be assessed for a period not longer than ten ,(10) years, ij NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE iiVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Council directs that these projects be assessed i, for a period of ten (10) years. �f 4; The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded i,by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in j�favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly "qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village. Council of said Village held October 6, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a ull, true and complete transcript therefrom.
