Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regularWp0kV$J)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 21st day of August 1972. The
following members were present: Mayor'Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth,
and Seibold
The following members were absent:, Councilman Neils
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and.
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-286
WHEREAS, the public hearing scheduled for August 21, 1972 for the
Ranchview Lane Street Improvement Project No. 230 could not be held because
of an error in publication of the legal notice in the newspaper,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the public hearing for the Ranchview
Lane Street improvement Project No. 230 is Hereby re -scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
on September 11, 1972 in the Council Chambers, 14900 23rd Avenue North.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold
The following voted against (abstained): None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and 'adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
