HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-285A1' VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnes,ta, was held on the 6th day of :October, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen 'Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. r, Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-285 (A) WHEREAS, the 34th Avenue and Xenium Lane Water and unitary Sewer Project area is not receiving area type assessments during 1972, and WHEREAS, this Council has made provisions for credits against 1971 assess- ts as provided by Resolution No. 72-284 (A), NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE ILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the 34th Avenue and Xenium Lane Water and Sanitary ewer Project area be considered eligible for the adjustments referred to in esolution No. 72-284 (A), and FURTHER, that in addition, the REC charges which shall apply to this roject area will be $175 per REC. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in or thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The llowing voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was lared duly passed and adopted. w,tr TE OF MINNESOTA NTY OF HENNEPIN SS. LAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held October 6, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there- from.
