HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-284AVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH !; Pursuant :o due call and notice thereof, a .special meeting of the Village jIl lCouncil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of 110ctober, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. r Councilman Hunc introduced the following Resolution and moved its {adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-284 (A) WHEREAS, certain public improvement projects assessed during 1971 were !calculated with a twenty percent overhead factor, and t; .f WHEREAS, subsequent analysis has indicated that said overhead factor !!could be reduced from twenty percent to fifteen -percent, i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE ;(VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the staff be directed to recalculate the individual !,assessments for the projects indicated below providing for a reduction of ;1.0417 percent of the gross assessment amount, and i ff FURTHER, that such credit shall be applied against the proposed 1972 area ;!type assessment rolls. 1. Jonquil Lane Sewer and Water 2. Southeast Water Project Parts A and B 3. WestMedicine Lake Sewer and Water 4. West Medicine Lake Water 5. 26th to 28th Avenues West Medicine Lake Sewer 6. Cavanaugh Addition Sewer and Water 7. Parkers Lake Sewer and Water The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in vor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmn Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
