ii Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular(e;/d¢MW)

meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 7th day cf August 1972. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth
and Seibold
The following members were absent: Councilman -Neil
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-283
WHEREAS, the has reconsidered the adoption of RESOLUTION NO. 72-280
and wishes to reconsider the issuance of taxi cab licenses for Patrick H.
Nelson, Richard M. Seim and Glen LaBelle until receiving complete police
reports on the applicants,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that RESOLUTION NO. 72-28D adopted on
August 7, 1972 is hereby rescinded.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold
The following voted against (abstained): None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
