The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen ?Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. ,I I i Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its j; Oadoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-282 (A) j WHEREAS, Thomas Forester, 11420 County Road 9, has protested a proposed weed assessment on Plat 43714, Parcel 7032, and j WHEREAS, the staff in reviewing this protest recommends that the propc.!d iassessment be removed from the proposed roll, f NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE (VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the proposed assessment in the amount of $22.50 for !Plat 43714, Parcel 7032 be deleted from the proposed 1972 weed assessment roll MThe motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded fhy Councilman. Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in (favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The Cfollowing voted against or abstained: None.
