HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-281AVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of October, 1972. The following members ware present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-281 (A) WHEREAS`. Harold Proehl, 13217 County Road 47, has protested a proposed Tweed assessment on Plat 43703, Parcel 1500, and WHEREAS, the staff in reviewing this protest recommends that the proposed ;assessment be removed from the proposed roll, i j NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the proposed assessment in the amount of $7.50 for 1plat 43703, parcel 1500 be deleted from the proposed 1972 weed assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
