I; Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular(WOMW) ' 4
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 7th day of August , 1972. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth
and Seibold
The following members were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-281
WHEREAS, application has been made for a Well Drilling License,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE LGUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a Well Drilling License for Hansmanrt
Well Company is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold
and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold
The following voted against (abstained): None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
