it Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular(!V00A l%)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 7th day of August 1972. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth
The following members were absent: • Councilman Neils
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-280
WHEREAS, applications have been made for taxi cab licenses, and
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police and Building Inspector have reviewed said
applications and recommend approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that taxi cab licenses for Patrick H. Nelson.
Richard M. Seim and Glen LaBelle are hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was -
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold
The following voted against (abstained): None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
