HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-279AVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village { !Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of !October, 1972. The following membe.s were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen ;Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. r Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its ;adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-279 (A) WHEREAS, William Charles Schelske has requested a waiver of the Plymouth !Code, Chapter VI, Section 4.04, paragraph B, to construct a detached garage, `+ NOW, THEREFORE, BF HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILL, 'OF PLYMOUTH that William Scheiske be permitted to construct a detached gar jof 1,400 square feet on his property located at 5905 Troy Lane North, Hamel, (Minnesota. ! The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded 1by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted stn favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold, and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was 1 declared duly passed and adopted. i STATE OF MNNESOTA !COUNTY OF HENNEPIN j SS. ;VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH)))).
